Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Room Attendant and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every space meets our high standards of hygiene and presentation. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help deliver an exceptional experience that keeps guests coming back. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your custodial skills while working in a lively, team-oriented atmosphere. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to ensure a pristine environment Perform detailed cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, including sinks, tubs, toilets, and fixtures Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and common spaces by sweeping, mopping, and trash removal Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, linens, and other essentials to ensure guest comfort Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department Adhere to all health and safety standards to promote a safe environment for guests and staff Skills Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work, preferably in a commercial or hospitality setting Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning efficiently Knowledge of janitorial procedures and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals Excellent time management skills to complete tasks promptly within designated shifts Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues effectively Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift Join us in delivering top-tier service by maintaining immaculate spaces that delight our guests!
