Room cleaning: Making beds and changing linens and towels. Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and high-touch surfaces. Dusting furniture and polishing surfaces. Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.

Restocking and supplies:

Replacing and restocking toiletries, coffee, and other amenities. Organizing and stocking housekeeping carts.

Maintenance and safety:

Reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or broken appliances. Ensuring rooms and common areas are safe and presentable.

Common area maintenance:

Cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, and other public spaces. Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste correctly.

Guest service:

Responding to guest requests for items or information. Respecting guest privacy and "do not disturb" signs. Handling lost and found items Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
