Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our hospitality team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive guest experience while working in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, bed making, bathroom sanitation, and replenishing amenities Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces Handle cleaning tasks using appropriate equipment and chemical agents safely and efficiently Follow established sanitation procedures and safety data sheets (SDS) for chemical handling and industrial cleaning supplies Assist with heavy lifting tasks when moving furniture or supplies, adhering to manual handling safety protocols Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order and properly stored after use Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping services, providing excellent customer service Qualifications Proven experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial or janitorial roles, or industrial cleaning environments Knowledge of floor care techniques including floor cleaning and maintenance methods Ability to handle chemical agents safely while following safety data sheets (SDS) guidelines Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols Strong manual handling skills with the ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment Hours will be 12-5 monday-saturday 6 days a week Join us in creating memorable stays for our guests by delivering exceptional cleanliness and service!
