Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces using proper cleaning techniques. Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors. Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Ensure sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas regularly. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests' requests promptly and professionally. Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Requirements Previous experience in residential or hotel; Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Prior experience in hotel housekeeping Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining efficiency and quality.
