Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions effectively. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas according to established standards. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged. Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow specific cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests or concerns from residents or clients. Skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively. Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols is a plus.
