Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and staff. This role is essential in upholding our standards of hospitality and cleanliness, contributing to an exceptional experience for all. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure high hygiene standards. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain quality assurance. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Requirements Previous experience in custodial services or housekeeping management is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices in hotel or similar environments is advantageous. Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
