Overview Join our dynamic team as a Room Attendant and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests. In this energetic and detail-oriented position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every space meets our high standards of hygiene and presentation. Your dedication helps deliver an exceptional experience that keeps guests returning time and again. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment. Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs. Perform routine cleaning tasks in public areas including hallways, lobby spaces, elevators, and restrooms to uphold cleanliness standards. Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly to maintain a safe work environment. Maintain detailed records of completed cleaning tasks and supplies used during each shift. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to ensure all areas remain spotless. Requirements Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles is highly preferred. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move around comfortably for extended periods during shifts. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively. Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
