Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various residential or commercial settings. This is a vital role in ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
  • Make beds and change linens
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
  • Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining different surfaces (e.g., wood, glass, tile)
  • Handle special cleaning tasks as assigned (e.g., carpet cleaning)
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lifting of heavy objects
