Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper/Laundry Worker to join our team! Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces using established procedures and standards. Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and guest clothing. Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and dry cleaning machines with safety and efficiency. Ensure all laundry items are properly sorted, cleaned, pressed, and stored in designated areas. Maintain cleanliness of cleaning supplies and equipment; report any maintenance issues promptly. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold high standards of hygiene. Requirements Prior experience in cleaning or laundry services is preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, dry cleaning, and stain removal. Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency. Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
