Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, adhering to established standards of hygiene and presentation Perform laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with precision and care Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet care to ensure a spotless environment Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and minibar items to ensure guest needs are met promptly Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public spaces to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them accordingly Follow health and safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to promote a safe environment for guests and staff Support janitorial tasks including waste removal, window cleaning, dusting, and detailed surface cleaning to uphold high standards of hospitality cleanliness Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly desirable Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and guest service excellence Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably Basic understanding of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment Join us in creating memorable stays for our guests by delivering exceptional cleanliness and service.
