Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented hospitality professional to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness, works efficiently both independently and as part of a team, and contributes to an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards. Replace linens, towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities as needed. Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize surfaces to maintain cleanliness and safety. Report maintenance issues, damages, and missing items to the appropriate team members. Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets to ensure readiness for daily assignments. Follow hotel procedures for handling lost and found items. Comply with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times. Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests and team members. Qualifications Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience is preferred but not always required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
