Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate cleaning techniques for different surfaces Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort and convenience Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns and report them promptly Follow established safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly to maintain a safe working environment Assist with laundry duties by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently Support the overall cleanliness of public spaces including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms to uphold hotel standards Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly preferred Familiarity with cleaning techniques for various surfaces including carpets, tiles, and hardwood floors Experience with industrial cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, or steam cleaners is advantageous Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service principles enhances guest interactions Previous custodial or janitorial experience demonstrating attention to detail and reliability is valued Housekeeping management experience is a plus for those interested in leadership roles within the department This role offers an energetic work environment where your skills in cleaning, floor care, and hospitality will be celebrated.
