Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our residential or hospitality environments are spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly Care for floors through carpet cleaning, polishing, and floor care techniques to ensure a polished appearance Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling cleaning routines Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored safely after use Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings preferred Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is highly advantageous Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor care Familiarity with sanitation standards and safety protocols in cleaning operations Knowledge of laundry procedures and equipment operation is desirable Background in housekeeper management or supervisory roles is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests Join us to make a meaningful impact by maintaining beautiful, clean spaces that foster comfort and well-being.
