What you'd be doing: Residential cleanings — Standard, Deep Clean, Move-In/Out, and short-term rental turnovers Bringing your own supplies and equipment to each job Communicating with clients and our office like a professional — promptly, clearly, kindly Flagging anything you spot on-site (damage, maintenance issues, anything off) so we can take care of it fast The non-negotiables: These aren't preferences — they're the line. As you prove yourself, your book grows — most of our cleaners are running 4-5 days a week within their first month.
