This is a contract position with no set number of hours per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for professionally and efficiently cleaning our clients home, offices, clubhouses etc. As a cleaning technician your primary duties will include sanitizing, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming all designated areas of the client's property. Duites & Responsibility Travel to client properties promptly and professionally, and on-time. Review checklists Ensure that all items on the checklist have been completed Take pride and accountability in your work Skills Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot cleanliness issues. Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and management. Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required. Knowledge of cleaning products and their proper usage is a plus.
