Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation across various rooms and surfaces. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents effectively while adhering to safety guidelines. Clean floors thoroughly using appropriate methods such as sweeping, mopping, or carpet cleaning techniques. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or supplies with proper technique to prevent injury. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is preferred; janitorial or housekeeping management experience is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment, and sanitation procedures ensures effective service delivery. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with physical stamina. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards and ensuring client satisfaction.
