Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of office spaces, including desks, conference rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies Conduct window cleaning to ensure clear visibility and maintain a professional appearance of the building's exterior and interior surfaces Handle various janitorial tasks such as floor care—including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing—to keep surfaces spotless and safe Manage laundry services for employee uniforms or linens as required, ensuring proper handling and sanitation procedures are followed Operate pressure washing equipment for exterior cleaning tasks like walkways, building facades, or outdoor furniture to maintain curb appeal Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly during all cleaning activities to ensure safety from chemicals and other hazards Follow infection control protocols diligently to uphold sanitation standards and prevent the spread of germs within the workplace Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial or office setting is highly preferred Demonstrated ability in handling cleaning chemicals safely and effectively Experience with various cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, pressure washers, and window cleaning tools Knowledge of sanitation procedures and infection control practices in a professional environment Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and extended periods of standing or walking Strong customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward maintaining a clean and welcoming space Join us in creating an immaculate workspace where productivity thrives!
