Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and rental spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Maintain floors through proper care techniques. Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally Replenishing supplies and maintain cleaning equipment Support management by reporting maintenance issues promptly Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or short term rental cleaning environments Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and sanitation practices. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor High standard of professionalism Ability to demonstrate quick and efficient cleaning techniques and skills.
