Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct detailed floor care routines such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring hygiene protocols are followed consistently Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and courteously Manage custodial tasks such as restocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and ensuring cleaning equipment is well-maintained Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces including floors, carpets, and upholstery Ability to perform floor care procedures effectively using appropriate tools and products Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with laundry operations including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and stain removal Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or housecleaning management is a plus Ability to work independently with attention to detail while managing multiple tasks efficiently Join our team as a Housekeeper if you're passionate about creating clean environments that make residents or guests feel valued and comfortable.
