Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, and dusting. Sanitize bathrooms, ensuring all fixtures are clean and stocked with necessary supplies. Replace used towels, linens, and other amenities in guest rooms. Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel, such as lobbies and hallways. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, notifying supervisors of shortages. Interact with guests to address any concerns or requests regarding room cleanliness. Follow health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience. Complete daily cleaning tasks efficiently to meet hotel and brand standards. Requirements 1+ Year Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is required. Experience with Marriott brand is an asset. Must be available on weekends Knowledge of hospitality standards and housekeeping management practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
