Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. This position offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and mileage reimbursement. No prior experience is necessary as training is provided. The role involves cleaning residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms. You will work in homes with pets while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and dependable transportation are essential. If you enjoy helping clients keep their homes clean and comfortable, this is a great opportunity to grow with a supportive team Responsibilities Clean residential homes thoroughly following established checklists and procedures Perform interior cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens Ensure fixtures and appliances are cleaned to high standards Maintain attention to detail to deliver exceptional cleaning services Assist with light home organization or staging as needed Respect client preferences when working in homes with pets Communicate professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction Qualifications No previous cleaning experience required; training provided Friendly attitude with strong customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time efficiently Detail-oriented with a focus on quality work Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods Willing to work in homes with pets Dependable transportation for mileage reimbursement MaidPro franchisees are equal-opportunity employers.
