Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common rooms. Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation to ensure hygienic environments. Manage laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their cleaning needs and preferences. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Assist with light household chores such as organizing clutter or restocking supplies as needed. Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning. Strong understanding of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning products. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, lifting moderate loads, and reaching overhead. Experience with laundry processes and handling various cleaning equipment is a plus. Previous custodial or housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
