KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Auditoriums Blow out all auditoriums nightly; vacuum all carpeted areas and vacuum under recliners a minimum of twice per week Maintain cleanliness of cupholders and seats; wipe down seats and snack trays as needed Sweep, spot mop, wipe armrests, empty trash, and reset cupholders/seats between shows Support deep cleans: gum removal, stain treatment, seat rail/base cleaning, and handrail disinfection Restrooms Clean all toilets and urinals top to bottom every shift; clean faucets and sink bowls Change sanitizer liners and restock paper, soap, and other supplies as needed Maintain high-frequency touchpoint sanitation, odor control, and clean glass, displays, and sanitary boxes Lobby, Hallway & Concessions Vacuum all carpeted areas, clean glass doors as needed, and empty trash throughout the lobby and hallway Sweep, mop, and degrease front-of-house floors; maintain drains, carpets, and trash compactor handling Keep stockroom organized; follow chemical safety (SDS), proper mixing, and PPE requirements Grounds / Exterior Pick up trash and debris from the parking lot and landscaping Change exterior trash receptacles as needed Safety & Reporting Post wet floor signage and promptly address and report hazards to management Report maintenance issues and follow the site recycling program

Shift Schedule:

This position requires overnight and early morning availability, with shifts scheduled anytime between 12:00 AM and 12:00 PM , depending on business needs. Flexibility within this time range is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Reliability, pace, and an eye for detail. Able to lift 40-50 lbs and use ladders. Comfortable working late nights and early mornings. PPE compliant.
