Custodian / Janitor We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian/Janitor to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment throughout the assigned facility.

PM Position:

Custodian / Janitor Responsibilities Clean and maintain bathrooms, offices, hallways, break rooms, and other assigned areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform other routine cleaning duties. Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly. Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces. Keep the facility clean, orderly, and presentable. Organize and maintain custodial closets and supply areas. Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition. Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or the need for minor repairs to a supervisor. Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. The company reserves the right to add, modify, or change job duties as business needs require. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, maintenance, or a related field preferred. Reliable and dependable with good attendance. Strong attention to detail. Good organizational skills. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Ability to handle a physical workload. Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds . Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive cleaning activities for extended periods.
