Room Attendant/Housekeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to enhance guest comfort. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in guest rooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly. Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of custodial practices, floor care techniques, and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
