Hotel Housekeeper

Job Overview We are currently seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout our hotel, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests. Bilingual abilities are preferred. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards Make beds, change linens, and replace towels as needed Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture Restock amenities such as toiletries and supplies in guest rooms Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department Adhere to safety and health regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests' requests promptly and professionally Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, housekeeping management, or a related field is preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices Familiarity with hotel housekeeping operations is a plus Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Understanding of custodial responsibilities within a hospitality setting Bilingual abilities are preferred
