Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, responsible, dependable and detail-oriented Cabin Rental Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our cabins are spotless, welcoming, and ready for guests' arrival. Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering an outstanding guest experience and maintaining the high standards of our rental properties. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean cabins between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, hot tubs, porches & outdoor areas Perform floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to keep all surfaces pristine Restock certain supplies and cleaning products to ensure readiness for new guests Conduct routine janitorial tasks including trash removal, surface disinfecting, and window cleaning Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas like decks and patios to enhance overall cabin appeal Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning equipment responsibly Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management for prompt resolution. Take photos of work and turn into management along with a cleaning checklist Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of hot tubs and how to drain, sanitize, apply chemicals and refill Prior hotel or vacation rental housekeeping experience is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high cleanliness standards Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled windows Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform strenuous cleaning activities as needed Ability to use a computer in order to obtain work schedule Join us at Mountain Country Cabin Rentals and help create welcoming retreats that guests will cherish!
