Job Description
Apply House person Rocky Mount, NC Apply Description Support housekeeping team by delivering linens, towels, and supplies to guest rooms and storage areas Maintain cleanliness in guest corridors, stairwells, elevators, and public areas Remove trash and used linens from guest rooms and housekeeping carts Assist with setting up and breaking down housekeeping closets and carts Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate department Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in all areas of responsibility Help create a warm, welcoming environment through cleanliness and professionalism Competitive hourly wage plus tips Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Benefits A dynamic work environment in a newly refreshed space Opportunities for career growth and development within StepStone Hospitality, Inc. Requirements Experience in housekeeping or hotel operations preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members. Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience required. Ability to follow instructions and work within established cleaning procedures.
