A Maid or Housekeeping Staff provides cleaning and housekeeping services, primarily for rooms and bathrooms in hotels and hospitals. May also work in private residences, office buildings, colleges, other institutions.

Job Summary:
As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, ensuring all areas meet our quality standards, and working alongside a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Room Cleaning:
Thoroughly clean guest rooms upon checkout and refresh stay-over rooms (change linens, make beds, vacuum, dust, sanitize bathrooms, and restock amenities). Attention to
Detail:
Inspect rooms for quality and cleanliness, ensuring everything is in proper working order before the next guest arrives.
Teamwork:
Work collaboratively with fellow housekeepers, laundry staff, and front desk team members to maintain high hospitality standards.
Inventory & Supplies:
Keep housekeeping carts stocked, organized, and clean throughout your shift.
Safety & Standards:
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines when using cleaning supplies and equipment.
Guest Service:
Greet guests warmly in hallways and assist with reasonable requests or inquiries.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong work ethic and high attention to detail. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
Physical stamina:
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift (up to 25-30 lbs), and push housekeeping carts throughout a shift. Prior hotel housekeeping experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate! Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
