Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to uphold cleanliness standards. Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure a pristine environment. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote health and safety for residents and guests. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests and addressing any concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Assist with kitchen duties such as light cooking or food preparation when needed to support overall household or facility operations. Support custodial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining storage areas in an organized manner. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential settings or commercial environments is highly desirable. Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality management is a strong plus. Skilled in various cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude. Familiarity with laundry operations and basic cooking skills is advantageous.
