Job Description

What You'll Handle Sun Hospitality Resort Services is hiring a Room Attendant for an onsite, part-time position in Sugar Mountain, NC. This role supports guest satisfaction by keeping rooms consistently clean, comfortable, and aligned with our standards for excellence and safety.
Key responsibilities:
Clean and reset guest rooms (change linens and towels, dust, vacuum, wipe surfaces) Restock amenities and supplies to par levels Report maintenance issues or unusual room conditions promptly Keep carts, closets, and assigned areas orderly while coordinating with the housekeeping team and front desk Required skills/qualifications: Dependable attendance and ability to follow checklists and safety steps Detail-focused work style with a steady pace in a hotel environment Friendly, service-minded communication and teamwork Ability to stand for long periods and lift/push typical housekeeping equipment If you take pride in doing the basics exceptionally well, apply today. A Typical Shift You'll start by checking your room list and gathering what you need so you can keep a smooth rhythm. Most of the shift is quiet, focused work, with quick touchpoints to adjust for early arrivals, stayovers, or last-minute changes.
