Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, following established standards Handle chemical agents safely by adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) and proper handling procedures Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy linens, furniture, and cleaning equipment with proper technique to prevent injury Conduct floor care activities including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to maintain a spotless appearance Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction Follow hotel emergency procedures promptly and accurately in case of incidents or safety concerns Maintain cleanliness logs and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately Experience Previous janitorial or custodial experience in a hospitality or industrial cleaning setting is preferred Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management practices is advantageous Knowledge of cleaning techniques involving chemical agents and industrial cleaning equipment is highly valued Experience with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols ensures swift response in critical situations Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during routine cleaning tasks A background in hospitality or hotel experience helps in understanding guest expectations and service standards Join us to deliver exceptional cleanliness and comfort that elevates every guest's stay!
