We deliver consistent, high-quality results — and we take just as much pride in taking care of our team! Position Type This is a 1099 independent contractor position. As our schedule grows and becomes more consistent, there is potential for W-2 employment down the road. What You'll Do Vacuum carpets; sweep and mop all floor types Dust ceiling fans, furniture, and window sills Scrub and disinfect bathrooms — toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, and counters Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, countertops, sinks, and appliance exteriors Place dishes in dishwasher; clean cabinet fronts Empty trash and sanitize light switches throughout the home Perform scheduled add-ons: baseboards, interior windows, inside cabinets, blinds/shutters Represent Mop Mafia with professionalism and reliability at every visit What We're Looking For Reliable personal transportation — you will travel independently to client locations Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Dependable — we don't cancel on clients and expect the same from our team Comfortable with 1099 contractor status and self-employment tax responsibility Prior cleaning experience preferred; we will train the right person Why Mop Mafia Flexible scheduling Supportive, communicative management Growth opportunity — W-2 potential as business expands Be part of an expanding Wake County cleaning company
