Job Description
•Background Check Required•Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry Worker to ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall maintenance of our hospitality environment. This dual-role position is responsible for maintaining clean guest rooms while also ensuring hotel linens, towels, and bedding are cleaned, organized, and readily available for daily operations. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment for guests and is comfortable working in both housekeeping and laundry. Housekeeper Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas Make beds and replace linens and towels Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas Restock guest room amenities and supplies Remove trash and replace liners Inspect rooms to ensure they meet hotel cleanliness standards Report maintenance issues or damaged items Laundry Responsibilities Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens and towels Operate commercial washers and dryers safely Inspect linens for stains, damage, or wear Deliver clean linens and towels to housekeeping Keep the laundry room clean, organized, and stocked Follow proper safety procedures when handling cleaning products and laundry equipment Qualifications Previous housekeeping, laundry, hotel, janitorial, or professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable with excellent attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 30-50 pounds Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent customer service skills Join our team as a Housekeeper/Laundry Worker to help uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction through your professionalism and dedication! •Background Check Required•
