We care for homes in Wilmington, Leland, Porter's Neck, and Carolina Beach. We provide flexible schedules based on the availability you prefer, and we offer a great work environment where you feel cared for and valued as a team member. Here is what we do:

Perform regular detailed cleans for clients that take an average of 3-4 hours using our cleaning methods and products. Perform occasional all-day deep cleans for clients, involving team members whose schedules allow for it. Provide clients with an excellent experience by being reliable, trustworthy, friendly, and thorough in our cleaning methods. This is what makes you a great fit for our team: You enjoy cleaning and take pride in doing high quality work - being attentive to detail is your thing! You are a proactive worker, so that when life circumstances come up that might affect your work, you do everything you can to ensure you can still get the job done. Your friends would describe you as very reliable and trustworthy, and as someone who loves people. You are comfortable working alone as well as with other team members. You own a reliable car with valid license and insurance and are able to drive yourself to cleans. You own a phone and are good about checking and responding to texts and emails - this is how we stay in touch with you the most! We're currently on the look-out for people who can work at least 3-5 jobs a week (between 12-25 hours/week) between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday (determined by your preferred availability).
