Job Summary We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Subcontractors to join our dynamic team as independent contractors. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks in residential settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients. Handle laundry duties as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents effectively to achieve optimal results. Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, and carpet cleaning techniques to keep all surfaces pristine. Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with safety precautions in mind. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial or custodial roles preferred. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, and sanitation standards across various household environments. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Strong time management skills to complete scheduled jobs promptly without sacrificing quality. Familiarity with cleaning detergents and disinfectants along with proper handling procedures. Excellent client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns effectively. Outdoor work experience is a plus for properties with exterior or outdoor cleaning needs. Clean homes either solo or with a teammate Perform Move-Out, Deep Clean, and Recurring Clean services Focus on kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas Deliver a five-star customer experience every time Take before and after photos to showcase your work Make the client happy and proud of their clean home

WHO YOU ARE

Cleaning experience is a must Must be willing to drive to job locations Cleaning experience or your own cleaning business is a plus Strong communication skills are a MUST Good people skills—cleaning is about service, not just scrubbing Warm smile, professional attitude, and pride in your work

Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
