This position will care for a large estate in the Wilmington/Leland area. This is a hands-on position. Candidate must be detail oriented, communicate effectively and professionally, work well in a team environment, and have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. This role is responsible for making sure that all aspects of the property's interiors are clean, maintained, and ready for visitors at all times. Previous experience working in private estates or upscale hospitality with a focus on guest readiness and elevated service is preferred. Responsibilities include:

Hours :

7:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Thursday and 7:00am to 11:00am on Friday. Flexible to work overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ensuring that the main house and additional structures are always in five-star, ready condition for guests on a moment's notice. This includes staff housing and office spaces on the property.
• Properly caring for specialty surfaces and materials using organic and green products where possible.
• Must have a keen eye for detail and be skilled in deep cleaning, wardrobe care, and home organization.
• Must be willing to assist with events at the property including running errands, setup and clean up, assisting with food service if needed, and additional domestic duties as required.
• Candidate must be proficient in electronic communication including email, text, and basic computer skills. Microsoft 365 knowledge a plus.
• Enjoy working on a team, be adaptable in a fast-paced working environment, and have a strong work ethic.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Candidate must provide their own transportation to and from work each day.
• Assist with other duties as assigned. Registration Certification or Licensure
• Must provide own transportation to/from work and hold a valid driver's license.
