We Relentlessly Solve Problems Summary The Housekeeping Guest Service Representative will ensure our guest rooms are clean, comfortable and welcoming creating the "home away from home" for travelers. Duties & Responsibilities In addition to cleaning rooms, public areas, the GRA will: Respond to guest inquiries and special requests Monitor and replenish cleaning products Experience, Skills, and Education Work experience as a Housekeeping or similar role Handson experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products Excellent organizational and team management skills Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job to include walking, standing, reaching, bending stooping, and kneeling frequently.
