Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and dedication will create a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your energetic approach and commitment to excellence will ensure every guest experiences a spotless and inviting stay, contributing directly to our reputation for outstanding service. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. Care for floors using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to preserve their appearance and safety. Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff. Follow established safety procedures during cleaning tasks to prevent accidents or damage. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for quick resolution. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing janitorial and custodial duties to maintain a safe environment for everyone. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus. Hands-on experience with cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning equipment, and general janitorial practices. Knowledge of hospitality industry expectations related to cleanliness, guest service, and safety protocols. Experience managing housekeeping tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards in fast-paced environments is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team with excellent attention to detail in custodial responsibilities.
