Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Property Cleaning Staff to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of residential and commercial properties. In this vital role, you will ensure that spaces are spotless, safe, and welcoming for residents, guests, and clients alike. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing floors to ensure a pristine environment. Conduct residential cleaning tasks such as bathroom sanitation, kitchen cleaning, laundry services, and trash disposal with attention to detail. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or tenants' cleaning requests promptly and professionally. Manage carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and floor care including waxing or polishing as needed to preserve property aesthetics. Support janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, maintaining cleaning equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Assist with housekeeping management duties when required, including scheduling or supervising other cleaning staff in larger properties or hotel environments. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry services. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or clients. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling frequently. Experience with janitorial equipment and supplies management is a plus. Prior experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous but not required. Certification in cleaning or custodial services is a bonus; however, on-the-job training will be provided for motivated candidates.
