Job Summary:

SMP Health is seeking a dependable and compassionate PRN Housekeeping/Laundry Assistant to join our team. This position provides essential housekeeping and laundry services to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents. Shifts will vary based on facility needs, covering both morning and evening hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily and deep cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and bathrooms Handle laundry duties including linen distribution and supply delivery Follow infection control protocols and use PPE appropriately Maintain documentation and report equipment issues Respect resident privacy and dignity while providing Christ-like care

Qualifications:

Previous long-term care experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move objects Good communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure Why Join SMP Health?
