Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards. Manage floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments when necessary. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping management or similar roles is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in hotel or hospitality settings. Familiarity with custodial duties and industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions effectively. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
