Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents Implement proper sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met across all areas Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques Use manual handling skills for heavy lifting tasks such as moving furniture or large items safely Apply janitorial and custodial experience to clean windows, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas as needed Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to health and safety regulations Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and detergents used in professional housekeeping settings Experience with carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, dusting, and outdoor work is preferred Knowledge of time management techniques to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with physical stamina Previous housekeeping management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Join us if you're passionate about creating spotless environments and delivering top-tier service!
