We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to help keep our facilities clean, organized, and guest-ready. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for cleanliness, strong customer service instincts, and thrives working independently in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including cabins, public spaces, and offices Perform laundry duties, including washing and drying Handle commercial cleaning tasks like mopping, vacuuming, and dusting Maintain cleanliness across floor types, including hard surface and carpeted areas Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction Work collaboratively with the custodial team to maintain a clean, safe environment Perform other cleaning duties as assigned What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience cleaning for an Airbnb, VRBO, hotel, or residential setting Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, products, and equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Laundry and carpet cleaning experience is a plus Availability to work weekends Skills We Value Hotel environment experience Knowledge of laundry procedures Ability to sanitize surfaces effectively Residential and custodial cleaning experience Floor care experience Ready to trade the ordinary for the outdoors?
