Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to meet cleanliness standards. Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces to ensure a pristine environment. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies for floor care, including mopping and polishing hard floors to maintain a polished appearance. Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and operating janitorial equipment to ensure a safe workspace. Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas as needed, including toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials. Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks promptly while maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service. Weekends and Holidays are a must. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles within hotels or hospitality environments is preferred. Familiarity with cleaning techniques for various surfaces and floor care methods is highly desirable. Experience with Hotel housekeeping cleaning equipment and laundry machines will be advantageous. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest service enhances your suitability for this role.
