Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential/STR spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface sanitation, stocking, and staging Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards across all areas Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Dropping off/picking up at laundry service when necessary. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for various surfaces including carpets, floors, and upholstery Ensure proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting of furniture or appliances to prevent injury Able to turnover a unit for same day departure/arrival Requirements Proven experience in residential/STR cleaning or housekeeping roles preferred but willing to train Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Strong time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes Physical stamina for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, and cleaning multiple properties same day Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness at all times Embark on a fulfilling career where your dedication transforms homes into pristine sanctuaries!
