Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service and support within hospitality, industrial, or custodial environments. Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping management is a plus, but we value a strong work ethic and attention to detail above all. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, or designated spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning as needed Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure readiness for guests or operations Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety standards in accordance with health regulations Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly Adhere to all safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly to prevent accidents Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is preferred Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or industrial cleaning practices is advantageous Excellent attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining efficiency Good organizational skills for managing supplies and completing tasks on time Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various settings.
