Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Houseman to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our property. Prior experience in cleaning, floor care, or hospitality settings is highly valued. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across all assigned areas Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure a pristine environment Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment Support housekeeping in daily tasks and special projects Respond promptly to guest requests related to cleanliness or maintenance issues Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Ensure all areas are well-maintained, organized, and free of hazards Requirements Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or hospitality environments preferred; hotel experience or custodial background is a plus Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods highly desirable Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and walking throughout the property Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily responsibilities effectively Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in all work activities Prior experience in housekeeping management is advantageous but not required

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
