Job Description
Houseperson/Bellperson Exeter Inn , a boutique hotel under new management by Greenwich Hospitality Group, is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and service-driven Houseperson/Bellperson to join our team. This versatile role combines exceptional guest service with housekeeping support to ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. As a Houseperson/Bellperson , you will often be the first and last impression of the hotel. You will provide warm, attentive service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and supporting daily hotel operations. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and escort them to and from their accommodations. Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles. Handle guest luggage promptly, carefully, and professionally. Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Assist with concierge requests and other guest service needs to create an exceptional guest experience. Clean guest rooms and public areas daily according to hotel standards. Prepare guest rooms for arrivals by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail. Remove soiled linens from guest rooms and ensure hallways remain clean and free of debris. Restock guest room amenities, stationery, towels, and linens to required standards. Respond promptly to guest requests while delivering friendly, personalized service. Work collaboratively with housekeeping and front desk teams to maintain efficient hotel operations. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required). Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or guest services preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods. Flexible schedule with availability to work AM and PM shifts, weekends, and occasional holidays. Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team environment.
