Please read entire description: Join Our Team The Monadnock Inn is a charming 10-room historic inn located near the base of Mount Monadnock. We take pride in providing guests with a warm, welcoming, and exceptionally clean environment. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper who enjoys creating beautiful spaces and takes pride in a job well done. If you're reliable, organized, and enjoy working independently while being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms to our high standards Change bed linens and make beds Clean and sanitize bathrooms Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces Restock towels, toiletries, and guest amenities Inspect rooms to ensure they are guest-ready Report maintenance or repair needs Help maintain cleanliness of common areas as needed Assist with laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and friendly demeanor Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Able to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, and climbing stairs Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
